As much as we would all like to believe.. there are no shortcuts...Diet pills don't keep the wieght off and sometimes the side affects are worst than if you would just bite the bullet and work hard at excercise and eating right.

98 lbs and 5'3...honey rethink this, I won't say what i am really thinking..but if you THINK you need to loose an oz then something is really wrong with this picture, boost up your calories and do some wieghts to build muscle. PLEASE PLEASE don't try to loose any wieght.

It's not too hard to choose, because there really is usally a small choice on healthy items..Salad always works, grilled chicken or any lean meat with a veggie, stay away from that awsome bread.

Friday is normaly my off day too....I have ALOT going on with the kids this weekend. I will try to make time for a long run on Sunday, I have been wanting to try out near my house. It will be a nice switch from the Gym.

It really is about what you want, Unless you actually KNOW these ppl or have become online FRIENDS, I don't think a formal message is not nessasary, this is only my opinion. what can you live with? just deleting or sending a message.
