  • For all of you commenting that you were in the military and never heard of this. I don't think they mean literally "MILITARY". I think it is just a name for this particular diet. It truly interests me, when people do nothing but focus on the negative. Don't knock something until you try it. I feel this diet is a VERY GOOD…
  • It could be. Just make sure you are eating more protein and high fiber foods. Lean meats and lots of fruits and vegetables. They say sometimes we think were hungry and we are actually thirsty. So try more water as well. There are days that I am more hungry than others, so I just increase protein or water.
  • Hi Annie, I do not feel it is as crucial to meet the sodium numbers as much as it would be to meet the protein and fat. I am very sensitive to sodium, so I don't even come close to it and I have lost 27lbs so far. No worries.:smile:
  • Hi Laura, Everyone slips now and then. Just don't let it get out of control. Don't be afraid, hop on the scale and move forward from there. You can do it!
  • Your body is in starvation mode. So anything you eat healthy or not, it is going to store as fat because it is in starvation mode and doesn't know when you are going to eat next. That is why it is awesome to get your body on a schedule and eat at the same time everyday. Trust me. You will start seeing results soon.
  • Everyone has a bad day now and then. To get back on course, just keeping tracking your calories. Don't stop. Don't worry about any damage you may have done, just focus on what your goal is. You can do it!:happy:
  • I too am going to lose over 100lbs. So far doing good. Have really been on track. I am doing myfitnesspal in conjuction with Weigth Watchers. So far soo good. :happy:
