Right now I'm doing Stronglifts 3 days/week and running or Daily Burn cardio 2 (maybe 3) days.

I've done that and it works really well! I baked mine in a muffin tin and kept them in a container in the freezer at work. They really seem to keep me full, too.

Today is a non-lifting day for me, so just a 30 min Daily Burn video and 15 min of pilates. I did workout A yesterday. (Yes, I'm new and I'm weak.) Squats: 5x5 at 50 Bench: 5x5 at 40 Rows: 5x5 at 40

166.2, down 0.6 lbs! I'm really excited about this because I was up about 2 lbs earlier in the week. I can't edit the spreadsheet either.

I FINALLY made it through all 50 pages of this thread and I'm SO glad I found it! You ladies are definitely an inspiration. I've done three SL 5X5 workouts so far and I'm really liking it. Hopefully I'll have some progress pics to share soon!

Dropped another inch from my waist from a month ago. While dropping my daughter off at daycare, her teacher said, "You're really looking great!" We're ordering shirts at work and I'm getting a MEDIUM :)
