I've never used MMR, but have been using Runkeeper for a while now. If you're looking to train for longer races, RK has a lot of training plans available. I have it synced with MFP and my Polar HRM and everything works fine.

Another 6 miles last night!

How did it go?

Same here! LO is seven months :)

Saving this for later!

4.7 yesterday. Keep up the great work, everyone!

3.5 miles yesterday

I don't have asthma but try to time my breathing with my steps. It's really helped me! Inhale (step 1, step 2, step 3) Exhale (step 1, step 2, step 3) Sometimes I catch myself actually counting the steps out loud.

That's awesome! You really are living up to your username :)
-
You run TO work?! That's awesome! I'd be a hot, sweaty mess :) 5 more miles yesterday. I'll be playing catchup after missing a few days on my training plan.

Can I still join? I'm starting back up with half marathon training.

I was going to suggest Runkeeper, too :)

Poach them. They're almost as good as fried.

For outdoor running, I suggest Runkeeper. They have both a free and a paid version, but I've found the free works just fine for me.

I would love to lose 9 lbs in a month! Don't push yourself too much on treadmill, as you run the risk of injuring yourself again. As someone else mentioned, maybe try cycling or swimming. Add in some weight training. Again, you're off to a great start! Keep up the good work! p.s. friend request sent

I have the first Zumba and I like it. I've heard Just Dance is good too.

I wear two pairs of socks. The first pair goes on inside out, and the second right side out. That way, they're rubbing against each other instead of my skin.

I drink a lot of water. Mainly to help avoid bloating from salty foods and to flush out toxins, but also to keep hydrated from all the exercise I do.

I've made this a few times. It would be easy to add your favorite veggies to it, too. Next time, I'm going to put it over shredded cabbage instead of rice. http://elizabethbryant.blogspot.com/2010/05/korean-beef.html

I was able to find a used Zumba for my Wii for $10. Groupon just had a deal for the newest version for like $20-something. Keep an eye out, maybe they'll run it again. You might check Amazon, Hastings, or Game Stop for used ones, too.

You guessed it - water. If you weigh daily, you will notice an increase tomorrow. It seems like I read that spinach (some specific nutrient in it) can help with bloating, although I've never actually tested that myself.

yum! love buffalo flavored anything!

Depends on what you mean by "cheat." I still eat things that aren't especially healthy, but I still log them, and enjoy them in moderation. I also plan for them and find a way to work them into my caloric goals - usually with exercise. There are things I couldn't live without, so I've just found healthier versions to…

Added you!

Ditto.

I log my meals/snacks for the day in the morning and adjust later if I need to. (ie. portion sizes) This keeps me from getting to the end of the day and seeing I'm 500 calories over/under my daily goal.

thanks for sharing!

Maybe take a walk? I agree with the others, working out usually helps me feel better.
