  • I went into this afraid to commit to 50 miles, and then I put it 78.55 miles for the month! My self-confidence is soaring!!   • Walked 4 miles this morning. That makes the month's total 78.55. Sunday is always a rest day for me, so guess that's my grand total for August. Look out, September - here I come! :)

  • 3.75 miles today - 3 miles of this was jogging! I'm so excited at my progress! I also met/passed the 50 mile goal today. Total for the month so far: 53.55
