It really depends on how fit you are! The fitter you are the lower your resting heart rate will be. The average for females is anywhere between 70-75. But again it depends on how fit you are. the last time I checked, my resting heart rate was between 52-55bpm. Which is why I'm so curious, mine seems abnormally high then.…

Shooting for 15 LBS. But toning muscle groups at the same time so not quite as concerned with the number on the scale as much as measurements. :)

It's normal. You're replacing fat with muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Some people actually GAIN weight and get discouraged. But it's not the number on the scale you should be focusing on at all. It's all in the measurments! Keep working. :)
