I've tried making my own from recipes I've found on Pinterest, but they never are like bread in the least. I'm just wondering a good bread (also has to be free of wheat) that isn't full of refined carbs. Recommendations?

Question for the Juicers of MFP!
Is it just my juicer, or does it take a tremendous amount of vegetables to get more than a couple drops of juice? Fruit juices fine. But for example, spinach, I put almost a whole bag in and only get a couple drops. If this is the case, vegetable juicing seems pointless and expensive lol. Thoughts? Experiences? Opinions? :)

Need some serious help here concerning food/excercise.
My mom and me have been dieting for two months now. She's lost one pound. I fluctuate between one and two.
