Instead of the whole wheat bread, see if you can find a sprouted grain bread. Much healthier. I like Ezekiel. It's found in the freezer section. Agreed, is it possible that you could be pregnant? If your doctor ignores you or doesn't at least entertain the idea that something may be wrong please seek a second opinion. This doesn't sound normal to me or like something you should just have to put up with. There has to be a medical cause for it.

Then he should talk to her about why he isn't happy and see if they can find a way to fix things and make it work. Marriage is a SACRED VOW. Not something you can just decide to stop when you get bored or things aren't perfect anymore.

I drink a lotttt of coffee! It doesn't make a difference - unless you start adding all the junk to it. Just make sure you don't count it as a water for the day and still drink your eight glasses. :)

I actually have done all sorts of "low calorie" diets. But as I am extremely active, I have to eat A LOT for my body to be willing to stop holding on to fat. Unfortunately it took me months to figure that out, lol. I'm actually a very healthy eater and I exercise. The point of this board was to figure out the science…

It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the military. It's just what it's called. I don't really care what it's called or why. I was just curious as to people opinions and experiences with the calorie deficit part of it. :)

It's "real food" on the diet. (Besides the fact that there's ice cream.) The only thing off about it would be adding exercise. I doubt I'll do it, but it's interesting to see all the different opinions.

Understandable. I'm a firm believer of eating above BMI now though. I DO believe in metabolic destruction. Just my opinion though, and I respect yours. :)
