No, no lost inches. No changes at all.

Yes it does! I understand now, thank you!

So at the most you're neting 700 calories a day? Probably going to want to eat more...just a thought. Sometimes I net less than that. But I don't know what that means. That's why I need things explained to me.
-
Anvilhead: I've read that before, but it still confuses me.

Almost always, it is that you are eating to much. How well do you track it? Do you weigh everything? One issue I have with this program is that people can also pick the wrong entries for their foods. Many are off 100's of calories. What I did was either check the package and compare it, selecting the right one. Also you…

Are you eating the wrong things? Sugar in particular? Sometimes it can just take a while to start the weight shifting, or it could be down to even though youre eating 1200 calories, you may be eating the wrong types of foods. We don't eat sugar in excess. Very little. We eat a lot of fruits and veggies, protein, and a…

Just wash it really good with non scented soap and water. If it does look like it's getting infected get some A and D ointment.

It's worth it more for a healthy body and lifestyle more than anything. But along with being fit you gain confidence. ESPECIALLY if you've worked your *kitten* off for it.

CONGRATULATIONS! I just did it myself two weeks ago. It is such an amazing feeling. Keep it up! :)

Great hair!

The people who are reacting strongly to this post are the ones, like me, who have a very hard time saying no to food. We are tired of feeling guilty for being different, we are tired of fighting, and we are tired of having to be strong in the face of people we know, love, and care about making us feel like we are HORRIBLE…

That statement was mean....And speaks volumes about your character, or lack there of I disagree with this. It isn't mean. It's a true statement.

You coud go for a protein shake. There are high calorie ones that can supplement in place of food. My favorite is boost very vanilla. They also have chocolate and strawberry. Hope that helps.

If you eat chicken you aren't a vegetarian. Vegetarians don't eat any meat. Vegan means you do not eat meat, or anything produced by animals or with animal product in it. Such as eggs, milk, yogurt. Ect.

I have a Polar FT4 I got off Amazon for $90. I love it.

Peanut butter in general is healthy in moderation. It's high in protein. I usually eat 1 TBSP (even though the serving size is 2 TBSP) of reduced fat creamy Jif.

Gonna keep doing what I'm doing, but try for less sugar and carbs maybe. :)

I work in healthcare and the normal heart rate is between 60-70 BPM! Anything over 100 BPM at rest is bad and anything below 40 BPM is also not good (unless your super healthy and work out regularly) I work out six days a week. But I was confused about RHR. I'm good now. :)
-
Alright everbody I understand now. Thanks for enlightening me! I'll check it out when my heart rate monitor gets here.
-
That's not resting HR then. First thing in morning before stirring much to grab watch. That's RHR. Before your muscles warm up, yeah first jump on the treadmill is going to be high. That's why I think it's so stupid at Dr office to march you into room, hope on table, and take HR and Blood Pressure. Everything is going to…

You may want to see a doctor. I went to the doc for a high heart rate (over 100) and it turns out I had Graves' Disease, a thyroid disorder. Better to be safe! Unfortunetly I can't get in until January. But I think I'm definetly going to. Thank you!
-
Where are you coming up with 120? That is extremely high for a resting heart rate How are you measuring? If you are counting beats for ten seconds, you have to multiply by six. If for 30 seconds, x2. Make sure you are doing it right, and if it is still at 120, you probably need to see a dr. By the way, at 120, your chest…

Its based on BPM! If you have a heart rate monitor, you can wear it at night over the course of 5-7 nights and first thing when you wake up in the morning look at the watch and see what your heart rate is. OR when you are at work you can wear it and just sit quietly at your desk for a few minutes and track your numbers…
