I think about time. Every second and minute you spend trying to find motivation, you have lost time - time you will never get back. I say don't find motivation. Just do what you have to do because motivation will find you while doing it.

I have the same problem so I take zyrtec every single day and make sure I get plenty of water. I have found that when I lost a lot of the weight, my urticaria has gotten better. Same here as well. I fell off the wagon because I dislocated a shoulder and took time off that ended up being to long and just gained weight back. I'm getting back on and need to lose 20-30lbs. feel free to add me if you like. It's exactly what the person above me said, consistency and patience.
