I hate long periods of cardio,like sticking to one machine gets so boring,aaah I get bored easily,I'm a machine hopper, but I've learnt I need to stick to one a bit longer to build my endurance....:sad: :grumble:

Alright did my crazy running around in the gym session including use of these machines Morning: Treadmill+Stairmaster/Step Mill/Elliptical and the Assisted Dips/Pullups machine(love this) Afternoon/Evening: A session or two of Turbo Jam Fatblaster my favourite because its like a form of HIIT! :D

Nobody posted for Friday! :( Anyway the weekend is here,whoop! I should really get walking more,my left leg has now given in, I'm really going to listen to my body in the future lol,but 2 workouts a day rock! :D
