I agree. Her body doesn't look all that healthy to me. She may have a flat tummy and thigh gap but it just doesn't look appealing to me. If you go against what she says she will call you insecure and in denial to "facts". So frustrating yet I still watch. *facepalm*

In one of her videos, she also said she no longer has periods because of this way of eating. She claims that is not a problem. Also, she only eats a handful of nuts and a couple of avocados for her fats PER WEEK. I will pass. How is this healthy?
