I would LOVE, absolutely LOVE to get cathe's workouts. They look so awesome!!!! You like it?

Life choice double chocolate fudge 20g. I honestly don't care for quest bars, but that's just me. It's all in personal preference.
-
Adding some of you also! Encouragement to know I'm not alone in this!
-
Good luck!

I wanted something too to show me overall daily burn, however the zip I didn't feel did that because not all my workouts were step based.
-
@heybales -I guess I'm more curious of what I'm burning per workout more than anything. I vary with workouts, they're not always same. But I do both cardio and strength training from DVDs, YouTube, fitness blender workouts. (All from home) so I'm not really sure what's best. I thought maybe it would be a good motivation…

I have your thread saved as a favorite so I can follow!

Oh wow! 20%? That's really off!
-
I HATE my Fitbit for this exact reason
-
What are you cutting to @KickboxDiva?
-
I cut calories back lil. I was tired of feeling fat and fluffy too @justsayinisall. I just feel frustrated because I wanted to find my tdee because I was ready to lose my flipping mind/sanity with all the gains. I cut back about 200 so nothing drastic. Still eating 2000+ cal

I want to get one just to calculate burns. Anything has got to be better than that Fitbit zip I had
-
Protein bars, protein powders, homemade chicken/Tuna/ salad (with light mayo) nuts, eggs, cheese
-
@skinny4me2be - I had the Fitbit zip
-
Can I have the recipe?
-
@retirehappy -where would I find the FAQ? Is it a thread I have to search or stickie somewhere? I don't feel the Fitbit is accurate with my workout though. I want something that will give me a calorie burn per workout. I do more than walking and I feel that's all a Fitbit is good for.

@kmac1196 - does the polar have a strap you wear to calculate exercise burns? If so, did you have problems with it? I had a Fitbit and I didn't like it. I felt it gave me really low estimates. The polar does it give overall daily burn along with exercise burn? Thanks for your input

1. Drink more water as I don't care for it, not even with lemon! 2. Reduce my sugar intake. I've come a long way already, but would like to reduce even more. 3. Fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes/be back at pre-pregnancy weight

Hi @elizabethymartin! Welcome to our group. You will learn lots-make sure to read the stickies and don't be afraid to ask questions
-
I hear ya @3furballs!! I'm sticking it out too then I'm planning a cut. I'm getting depressed
-
You stated this in earlier post..."But glucose only stores with water in muscle, so unless your body is slightly intolerant of it and causing some bloating because of eating it more of it - that shouldn't be happening" Could you explain this please @heybales ?
-
I feel like I'm never going to get to cut!
-
Does a reset start when you begin increasing calories or when you start eating at tdee when you finally find it? I started increasing calories in October...
-
@heybales -activity has been the same. Still working out 6x week and continuing everything usual. Nothing has changed. I weigh everyday to see changes in the scale. EVERY single gain has been a bigger gain (1-2lbs) overnight. If water weight then it just keeps increasing.
-
I keep seeing the scale increase, getting discouraged with this whole tdee. Trying to be patient. Just feeling fat, fat and more fat. Clothes are snug and I just look terrible in anything other than a sweatshirt and jeans. UGH!!! I'm afraid I haven't given it all time (finding tdee, eating at tdee and preparing for cut)…
-
Which is a bummer. Looking forward to cutting, but I know that won't happen at the beginning of new year like I was planning or hoping.
-
I'm still increasing here. I've had some quick scale increases overtime. Now at 183
-
Being down is good. Stomach bug not good. Hoping you continue going down!
-
@crewbprice- thanks for input. I'm certainly getting frustrated and don't want to continue to add on the pounds, it's getting depressing. I've never seen myself as the low end of eating (1200ish) when I first started I was eating 1700. I've never gone below that. Now if you compare 1700 to what I'm eating now (2700-2800)…

There was about 2 hrs of exercise lost. My activity consisted of a lot more sitting than usual because of visiting family. The accuracy in food was probably not there ether like you stated. I certainly don't plan to change my activity level after finding my tdee. This has been a lot of work and I definately don't want to…
