  • Didn't get to compete in the latest "Biggest Loser" contest at my company. I was told I was too skinny :-)
  • For what it's worth, I weigh myself every day which helps keep me on track. Yes I do measurements and pics as well. A typical month looks like this: All I'm concerned with is the trend. As long as I'm moving in the right direction overall, I'm good.
  • SW - 280+ CW - 215 Same as everyone else; eat less, exercise more. In reality its all about calories in vs. calories out., Weighing and logging food and unfortunately for me, most days treating it as fuel. It's boring and no fun at all :-)
  • I've done it and still do it fairly regularly but consider it more of a cardio routine than a strength routine. I'll I know is that it kicks my *kitten*.   • Thanks all, I think my issue isn't so much what weight to get to but learning to be happy with the way I look. Unfortunately I think I was heavy for so long that even at a good weight, I'll never look the way that I hoped that I would. Just getting too old :-) I am 6'4" by the way
  • Yet another lucky one with PKD. Kidneys a little under 40%. I've lost about 60lbs over the past 4 years and kept it off for the most part. Sure helped with my high blood pressure.
