MY FFFFFFAV was the pizza sub on honey oat with jalapenos....and that's why I'm here now.... Now I get a 6 inch ham on parm bread with lots of veggies and no sauce.

See a doctor but don't expect a miracle from them. I have seen 3 different doctors as well as a therapist and they all just seem exhausted, it's like they don't believe me. I barely exercise, I simply can't find the motivation or energy for it. When I do, I like to go outside for a walk/jog...something about the fresh air…
