Sounds great! 1: drink over 8 glasses of water 2: track all foods in diary 3: activity. twice week 4: last meal or snack by 7pm 5: bed by 10-10:30 6: refrain from sugar binge 7: keep busy. don't. sit in my chair til after 8pm

I am an STNA for home health care. Very rewarding but not much money... Next month I start a class for administrative medical office.. But i will work evenings while going to school.... hopefully that will be less time to get the munchies.. : )

Dr Scholls at walmart you step on that machine and it matches the right size to your feet.. they are comfy .. but somewhat expensive... I loved mine... but when i returned a new pair of boots to a boot factory by mail, i forgot to take my fav inserts out! Have not been able to replace yet.. : )

I do that sometimes.... Just eat the darn donut.. enjoy it.. then MOVE FORWARD, til the next week when i allow myself to do that again..... : ) But i have to be careful because it triggers the sugar craving cycle all over again.... : (

I have been posting a couple days and I love it!!!! Need all the friends I can get. It is such a daily struggle to not eat sugar!!!! But with the help of weight watchers and myfitnesspal , I am motivated to LOSE !!!! Have a GREAT Day Everyone!!!!!
