Hi everyone! I apologize for being MIA for a while. Between getting 2 kids ready for school, starting school myself, unexpected family visit and a Tropical storm....I have had my hands full. I plan on drinking a gallon of water today, eating right and getting some cardio in today. Wednesdays are almost impossible for me to work out, but i brought workout clothes to work, and will get a run in during lunch.

Very consistent at working out at 5:45pm every day, this way I don't eat dinner too late. I wouldn't mind the morning workout, but from what I have read, they say you should eat 30 minutes before... .i like sleep too much!!! As it is, I get up at 6am!
