I usually do avocado, chopped tomato, lemon juice, and black pepper. I guess you could use some onion, celery, bell pepper or whatever veggies you like to add to the mix!

I agree with some of the others, you need to see your doctor and come up with a plan. Maybe you can be referred to a dietitian.
