341 calories. Rolled oats cooked in water, with chopped dried dates for sweetness, and a sprinkling of flax seeds. Microwave coffee cup scrambled egg with black pepper, on top for protein. Black coffee to drink. This was breakfast this morning.

1c plain Greek yogurt 1/2c quick oats 1c frozen fruit Honey or no cal sweetener to taste (I also like cinnamon in mine) Mix all ingredients together in a container the night before and put in fridge. The fruit will thaw and add some moisture to the oats. Great quick breakfast.

I would look at any prepackaged food and see if you can make swaps. Take a trip to the grocery store one day just to look at labels. I was in the same boat when I started. Most of my culprits were dressings/condiments, canned soups/veggies, and chips. They have lots of good reduced sodium options for canned veggies, or you…

I like it with avocado, lemon juice, black pepper, and tomatoe.

Hi everyone! I am just coming back to MFP at 29 weeks pregnant with our first child. His due date is November 15, 2013. I was on here last year and lost 52lbs right before I got pregnant. I was so nauseas in the beginning I kind of gave up on MFP. I have since then fully regained my appetite and need to slow way down on…

I hate how people have to mention when you gain weight......it's like, "Oh no!! Really? I hadn't noticed. Glad you let me know." I am only 4 months into my weight loss journey and people tell me how I look SOOOOOOOOOOOO much better now.....I mean I appreciate the recognition, but it makes me feel like I was disgusting them…

Congratulations!!!! This is a great inspiration to me! I am sending you an add so maybe I can learn a thing or two!

I know they have them at whole foods and earthfare. Any "health food" store should have them.
-
Yum sounds great! Sometimes I get the sugar free chocolate snack pack pudding cups, and use them as a dip for my strawberries......soooooo goooood!

cob webs......

Make sure you have plenty of healthy choices available to you and don't have "binge" things around that you'll be tempted with. Good luck!

I get fat free cool whip and leave it in the freezer and have a couple tbsp as a snack every now and then.

This looks YUMMY!

Since seeing your post, I have had my own variation of this for breakfast every day!! It's soooooooo good! I love the texture! Mine is 1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup dry oats, lots of cinnamon, 1 truvia packet, 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut, and frozen unsweetened peaches. It's like having peach cobbler…

I think they are disgusting, but I have found that most people either love or hate them. You should just try them, they are fairly inexpensive.

This sounds awesome!

The all time worst was great value (from walmart) low fat no sugar added ice cream sandwiches: These tasted like straight up chemicals, my hubby and I spit it out and threw away the whole box!
-
I like stevia, and I can tolerate splenda, but all the others are nasty!
-
I'm going to second you on those nasty noodles!! YUCK!! They are so nasty and squeeky when you chew them! I can muscle through some bland stuff but that is unbearable! Also the cauliflower crust is gross.

when you quote you can delete the picture link and it won't quote the pic.

I usually do one day in advance, I change my mind a lot! But I do make sure that everything I am going to eat the next day is planned and packed before bed, I don't want to risk eating on the fly!
-
I usually smash a banana in mine with some dark choc cocoa powder and peanut butter, sooooooooo gooood!
-
Sounds gross but was super delicious: (all in one bowl) sweet potato fries, grilled chicken breast, sauteed onion and bell pepper, plain greek yogurt, onion and herb flavored mrs. dash, and crumbled turkey bacon!
