I don't really fit in any of those. I have breakfast around 8am, then a whole bunch of small snacks (string cheese, nuts/dried fruit, fresh fruit, cereal bars) throughout the morning, lunch around 3, probably another snack after that depending (usually an apple or banana), dinner around 6, then another 2 snacks (chocolate…

While at uni, every 2-3 weeks as I don't have a scales. At home, every day. I much prefer weighing every day, keeps me on track a lot better though I'm pretty okay with every few weeks, too. I just get really curious.

We tend to go for wholegrain rice all the time now, but I do still love basmati with curries.

Yes (I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome), I usually use lactose-free milk or almond milk.

I maintained so I'm very happy! I did eat a lot of chocolate and chips, plus several big dinners, but I didn't feel like restraining myself so just enjoyed it! I've had a nice week and 1/2 of eating whatever but my body is more than happy to get back to normal!

I would guess 4000. Didn't attempt to keep track though and there was a lot of food throughout the day.

I love it just boiled with salt as a side dish. Now I want cabbage!

I usually have a snack at around 11pm, and don't eat again until between 12:30 and 1pm the next day. I just find I do a lot better the more I delay breakfast. The days I've had to eat breakfast early I spend the day hungry.

If I get hungry at bedtime I usually just have an apple and go straight to bed, or if I'm only a little hungry I'll just have a clementine.

I had just started in January 2014, and now I'm down 33lb with only 8 left to go! I'm SO glad I stuck with it and it's not another year of ''if I had started this time last year...''.

I get the worst carb cravings. The last few months though I've found that a little bit of dark chocolate every day and lots of tea helps keep it manageable! And just make sure I don't have a lot of extra food in the house or I'd eat it.

I haven't weighed *anything* in over 6 months because I don't have a scales right now. I just make the best guesses I can and leave it at that. I'm still losing on track so the precise measuring I did for the first 6 months doesn't seem to be necessary right now.

I just use sugar.
