I started over again in June. I lost 33lb in the first of half of 2014. Kept almost all of it off until halfway through 2016, gaining back about 29 of it. Eek. I'm down 10lb again and this is the LAST TIME I am doing this!

After about 15lb and I started wearing smaller sizes.

I don't have planned cheat days but I try to be as relaxed as possible about just letting life go ahead as normal. Sometimes, all I want is to order a pizza and a can of coke so I do that. Other times, my mother randomly makes dessert or a friend wants me to join her for lunch somewhere. I try not to stress.

I'm someone who tends to need a lot of snacks throughout the day. My favourites: Apple slices with peanut butter Custard pots from Aldi 75% dark chocolate String cheese Nuts, seeds, dried fruit and berries, dates etc Grapes
-
I find eating some good quality 75% dark chocolate helps keep my sweet cravings down.

If you're struggling with volume, I'd definitely go for the high calorie snacky things. I keep a cupboard full of things like almonds, dried fruit, coconut flakes, dates, sesame sticks and nuts and put together a small tub when I'm looking for something between meals. And my favourite evening snack, apple slices with…

I just use a light honey and mustard dressing from Aldi.

I'd probably guess 450. And now I want ice cream.
-
Apples and peanut butter are my snack before bed a lot of nights! So good.
-
I'd still have my usual breakfast and lunch. I would keep my snacks to fruit and string cheese. But mostly I'd just make sure I got some exercise in. And enjoy my dinner without worrying!

It doesn't matter what you eat. Last year I lost over 3lb during Easter and I ate ALL the candy, I just kept within my calories. Now, personally I find that I do MUCH better when eating a typically ''healthy'' diet because one bar of chocolate to me leads to another the next day, and then a bag of chips and a chocolate bar…

Milk chocolate, Pringles, popcorn, cookies. Honestly, any type of sweet foods. The only candy I can keep in the house is 75% dark chocolate which thankfully I actually have a level of control over!

Congratulations! You seem so dedicated! I'm in Europe and often hear people talk about the dapper Morman men who came to the door, guess you'll be one of them soon!

I had a couple of bad days last week. A few days into my unhealthy eating, I realised I felt absolutely awful. I wasn't sleeping right, I was aching all over, my stomach hurt, I just felt crap. I've gone back to eating properly again and feel so much better. But odds are I'll make the same mistake again. Could probably do…

It's PADDYS! Or Patrick. Or Pat. But never ever Patty. I like St. Patrick's day because I live in Ireland which means I have no class today. Woo.
-
Ireland. So not very close to New Jersey :P
-
I'm Irish as in I live in Ireland :P I am taking advantage of the day off uni to get ahead on assignments. Wild, I know!

5'6'', 143lb. I take in between 1500 - 2000 calories a day depending on many factors.
-
Eggs (used to love them, can't even think about them any more) Baked beans Melon Licorice

I'm 5'5.5''. My original goal weight that I set back in January 2014 was 135lb but I'm currently 5lb away from that and I know I will want to go lower. So right now my ultimate goal weight is 127.

I go for lactose-free milk when I can get it, and just forego milk when I can't because I just don't enjoy milk alternatives. Hard cheese is fine and I eat cream cheese in small amounts. Ice cream and yoghurt make me feel awful though. I did find a tasty soya ice cream recently, and usually get Alpro Soy desserts for…

(1) I used to weigh every day but I don't have a scales at uni so currently once every 2-3 weeks. (2) First thing in the morning, after using the bathroom and before eating or drinking anything. (3) No clothes.

Great to hear! I love MFP but like you said, it just works.
-
Good job! :D

I used to be able to buy individual Philadelphia packs but haven't been able to find them in shops for a while now.
-
I enjoy something sweet after meals and I just go with it. My usual picks: 2 squares of 70% dark chocolate (this fixes all my chocolate cravings) Alpro Soy Desserts (usually the dark chocolate chocolate) Ready made custard pots Fruit (grapes, blueberries, apples, bananas) Dried fruit and berries

I have irritable bowel syndrome and find a kiwi (or two) keeps things going. And lots of water.
-
One of three things lately: Fruit muesli with 1 chopped banana and sweetened soy milk Oatmeal (made with milk) with peanut butter and strawberry jam 1 Sesame seed bagel with cream cheese I've been opting for the bagel most days recently.

I don't and have had no issues losing weight so I don't see the point.

There are a lot of foods I simply can't keep in the house. Every so often I think ''this time will be different'' but nope, never is! I recently finished off a box of dark chocolate truffles in one night, so good. No regrets but won't be buying them again. I also can't keep Nutella or Pringles in the house. I'm good with…
