I find that drinking water constantly helps as well as upping my protein. And having low calorie things on hand that I can snack on without any real damage (like blueberries).
-
I've lost 28 lbs eating and tracking regular foods and doing a very small amount of exercise.
-
At the moment I have 1.2% lactose-reduced cow's milk, and a carton of oat milk.
-
Agreed. Enjoy your pizza now. Sounds like an awesome party! I'm jealous :)
-
I have 1-2 mugs a day. 3-4 sounds pretty typical to me, I wouldn't be worried.

I love the 30 Day Shred workouts. I really never did the whole 30 days in a row thing, but I've been doing them since January (combined with Fitness blender workouts on Youtube) and they've really helped my fitness!
-
I usually go for a slice of toast with butter, and a hard boiled egg.

Just listen to your body. If you're feeling fine then go for it. Some weeks I can work out every day and others I need a few rest days.

Most of my protein comes from pork, chicken, fish, eggs, yoghurt, cheese, milk and beans.

Agreed with above, see a doctor.

I actually shudder at the thought of how much I used to eat! I really had NO idea what say, a portion of cheese or cereal looked like. I remember being shocked by the calories in cookies too- it wasn't that I thought they were healthy beforehand but 50+ calories in ONE small cookie like an oreo?! It's no wonder I ended up…

It could always be a coincidence and your headaches are being triggered by something else. Are you drinking enough water? Eating any foods you weren't previously eating? Maybe you're a bit run down and experiencing sinus pain? It wouldn't hurt to speak to a doctor. :)

I've been at this since January. I've had... loads of slip ups. And lots of intentional days where I ate to maintantance because of special occasions. And days when I accidentally went over maintenance. I recently had an entire month where I ate over maintenance a lot (I was moving country, stopped tracking, ate like crap)…

I stopped tracking and weighing for a month and gained 7lb (some of that was water weight to be fair). I really seem to need the routine of MFP to keep on top of things. Otherwise I start telling myself the calories in x don't matter or ''just for today...'' and it just spirals.

The scales finally moved back down this morning so that's encouraging. I have a four day weekend though and I'll be spending most of it at home so hoping I can resist the urge to mindlessly eat cereal etc. Goals for today: 1) Drink 2 litres water 2) NO CEREAL 3) Get out of the house at some point, even if it's just a walk…

Well another day down. I conquered all my goals. I did eat one of my trigger foods though but I think I got it in control pretty well. Better than previously, anyway! Really hope to see a change on the scales in the morning... even just a tiny one!
-
Okay. Today I don't have access to my house all day because of builders so that makes preparing food a little trickier. Goals for today: 1) Don't give in a buy food in the uni canteen. 2) Stay in control at my friend's games night tonight. Eat dinner before I go and resist pizza and snacks. 3) Drink 2 litres of water The…

Well today is over and I'm off to bed. I drank 2 litres of water, stuck to my food plan and did a work out! Now to get a good nights sleep :)

Oatmeal made with 30g of oats and 270ml 1.5%. Then I usually stir in 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam. Sometimes I'll make applesauce and put that in, or if I have fresh strawberries I mash them and add them.

Day 2 goals: Drink 2 litres water Stick to my food plan Either go for a walk or workout
-
I lost exactly one pound which was my goal. I was lower earlier in the week but fluctuated back up on weigh-in day, sadly!
-
It's entirely up to. As long as you're hitting your calorie goal there's no reason to worry. :)

Hey! I'm so excited for this challenge, it's exactly what I need right now! So, my name's Nicola and I'm 22. I've been losing weight with MFP since January of this year. I lost 33lb in 6 months, however last month I lost track for a while due to moving country and put on 7lb. I'm down 2lb again though and back on track! I…

OMG! You look amazing! Well done, you're clearly a very dedicated person!
-
Yes, it keeps me on track. I stopped weighing myself for about 6 weeks and gained 7lb (there were plenty of contributing factors but I think not knowing my weight was a big one).
-
Weirdly, dry cornflakes. Completely addicted...

This is my last month of losing weight for now (moving abroad for 5 months in August and going into maintenance while there) so I'm hoping to lose as much as possible!
