Argh, Pringles were my weakness... I would eat the full can in a sitting! I actually stay away from Pringles entirely now. They're my trigger food and one thing that I just can't portion out and eat a small amount of. I snack a lot. I love lower-calorie chip options, there are plenty for only around 100-120 calories. The…

I have had no issues losing weight while on BC.

I'm 5'5'' and 152lb. A UK size 10 on top (US size 6) and a UK size 14 (US size 10) on bottom.

I'm glad you all approve of the weird-in! Hahaha. Good job this week guys. We're getting there!

Today hasn't been great. Actually it's been appalling! It's been tempting to not log accurately. I'm so glad I have this group to post in today! What I've eaten today: Porridge Uncounted amount of sesame sticks (a co worker had them and I just kept eating) Strawberry Nutri Grain Bar Cheesestring Peach Slices in fruit juice…

Nicola, 21 years old 5' 5'' Starting weight: 177 Current weight: 152 Goal weight: 130 Fitness is hard for me. I started off at a very low and ill point so it's taking a LONG time to work up to it. But I figure the fact that I'm still chasing after it 5 months on to be pretty promising! My diet doesn't vary much during the…

Today was fine food-wise for me. I almost hit my protein, for once! I have been trying to get on top of that for a while now and I'm glad to finally be reaching my goal. Exercise wise, today was a fail. Work was emotionally draining/upsetting so I had no energy by the time I got home. I did get in a small walk but that was…

Hello! My name's Nicola and I'm a 21 year old university student from Ireland. My starting weight was 177lb, and I'm currently 152lb. I hope to get down to 130 by Winter! From August-December I will be focusing more on fitness than weight so hope to lose the last few pounds slowly.

8am every day. After using the bathroom, and without clothes.

I tried them. They looked the part but I thought they were seriously gross.

My Fitness Pal is the reason I've succeeded. I've had many attempts at weight loss in the past and they were never even remotely successful. I've *learned* so much on MyFitnessPal about how weight gain, loss and maintenance works. I couldn't have gotten this far without it.

You really need to see another doctor.

Even when I was a slightly underweight teen, I was s till pretty big from my hips down. The weight always just keeps coming off my waist and stomach. We all have different bodies and I don't think it's an ''excuse'' to say you'll never ever size X and still be healthy because it's true for lots of people!

Yes. At 1200 you are already at a big deficit. Not eating your exercise calories back just puts you in an even bigger one which is unnecessary. I've tried both eating them back and not eating them back and I definitely get better results when eating them back, and I feel much better too.

Time will pass whether you're losing weight or not. Of course it's going to take a while but start now so you're not on here in May 2015 wishing you had started 12 months ago. :) Looking at your pictures, I do not think you are going to have a huge problem with loose skin. Lose the weight nice and steadily, and do both…

I make soup every Sunday to bring to work during the week. I sometimes make up something like a lasagne, or a baked mac and cheese, portion it out and freeze the portions. Makes for nice quick dinners during the week!

I see a noticeable difference, in progress pictures, every 10lbs. It's pretty hard to see the differences on your body yourself since you're looking at it every day, but much easier to see it in side-by-side pictures.

I eat lots of fruit. I find the days I don't have much fruit, I start craving chocolate etc. I've had some people randomly message me and tell me (not even suggest, tell!) to cut down on the fruit because of the sugar. I just ignore it.

Porridge. It was breakfast.

People started mentioning it once I hit around 16lb lost and now it happens a few times a week. I honestly really enjoy when it happens! I do get a bit awkward when they carry on with ''are you doing it on purpose?'' and a load of questions but just a quick mention is cool with me.

Looking on the Tesco website, the Hovis Nimble Wholemeal Sliced Loaf is 51calories a slice.

People are definitely responding differently to me lately. I do think part of it could be that I'm more confident in myself though.

This is sooo cool! Congrats!

Agreed! In the past the mistake I made was changing too much at once, overdoing it on exercise, then I'd get fed up and give up. Slow and steady works better for me! Though I must say I thought I was being awesome the other week ordering a small fries in McDonalds only for the woman to go ''But it's sooo much cheaper to…

Yes. I think there's a big difference between smiling at people at the gym (big AND small) and general friendliness (which I think is awesome) and cheering on fat people because they're Fat People in the Gym.

If I spent a few hours pushing a lawnmower I would probably count it. But other than that, I just file it under Living. It would never cross my mind to count cleaning the house, I feel like I'd only be cheating myself.

About 2lb.
