Sounds like prelude to accute hypoglycemia. 105 minutes is a weee bit to long of a workout. You're better off trying to get it all done in 90 minutes or your blood suger drops to low...

Ouch...the Eat to Live diet sounds Realllly difficult. Its so low in dietary fats I bet you're starving!! Ahh! It looks a liiiiiittle to much like a crash diet. And I'm not to sure about the reverse disease claim. Could be missleading.

Dumbbells are excellent to use during a resistance training workout. Be careful of your tempo, if you're lifting them to quickly it might cause injury. Count 'one, two' as you raise or lower the weights and then count again 'one, two' as you lower or raise the weights :o)

Above 1200! Above 1200! If you go below 1200 its more difficult to make sure you're getting adequate vitamin and mineral intake not to mention your resting metabolic rate will drop dramatically low and you might suffer from much slower weight loss.

Not gonna lie to you, I live in the gym :o) but mainly for the sake of my fitness related goals. I can run a five minute mile and bench press twenty pounds more than my body weight for 30 reps. It all depends on what you really want to accomplish :o)

The reality of body composition tesing is simple: the margin of error for any test is so great there really isn't an 'accurate' guage for % body fat. I'm guessing the scale you used was an elecrical impedance test which has a margin of error of plus or minus five percent so if you're testing at 37% the range is anywhere…

It counts for exercise but largely based on your present level of fitness. If you're already active it might not be MUCH of a workout for you :o)

They're all a little different but 'intensity' is the name of the game! If your intstructor asks for a lot of feed-back from participants odds are they're experienced in organizing a good camp..

It may take a little while before the mid section really begins tightening up after losing a certain amount of inches. I suggest giving it a good 45 to 90 more days of adjustment period before attempting to lose more weight. The exercise should do the trick over time :o)

Just so you know the increase in body temp is indicitive of an increase in blood pressure...

I'd say counting 35 calories from supps might not be that essential seeing as how the body may require 40 calories to process the supp anyway :o) in short, don't sweat the small stuff.

Crystal Light! It makes the water taste so much better...Well, it actually gives the water a taste and there's a little potasium in there also. If the body is underhydrated this may result in a lowered metabolic rate AND its not good for your skins moisture level either :o)

Its gonna be based on your heart rate during the duration of the workout. I'm gonna estimate you're burning about 80-90 calories per every ten minutes as long as you're sweating. The 447 calorie number sounds about right :o)
