I have yet to have a bad friend on MFP, but i have had friends who werent supportive of my lifestyle change. So on top of changing my life, I was alone. Ill add you, im 5'7!(:

Ive been big pretty much my whole life. In 6th grade I wore a size 11 in juniors! Tired of being the "fat friend"! We can do this!

The way i see myself also changes daily. Some days are better than others.

In total ive lost about 65 or so lbs! It happened pretty quickly!

I used to feel the same way. When I was really big I always thought I was about 30 lbs lighter. After I lost weight I became the opposite, I feel like im about 100 pounds bigger than I really am.

If i have it on i do, i never put it on to go to the gym. I usually try to put some face wash in my gym bag so i can wash it off, but thats not always the case.

My goals: 1.) lose 15 lbs 2.)Log everyday....even on the weekends! 3.) complete 30 day shred(not 1 day out of 30 day shred) 4.)lift weights 2x a week!

My overall goal weight is 150 lbs! my goal weight by this summer is 160-165. I am 195 now, im not sure what my BF% is at the moment. Coming from around 260 i feel so close to my goal weight, but so far because my weight loss has slowed down A LOT!

Im also 21 and 5'7. Ive lost about 65-70 in total so far. Only about 40-50 more lbs to go! It always helps when you have someone along for the ride with you!

I personally dont like PF. However, It could just be the locations I have in my area. I LOVE kettle bells and medicine balls and they only have maybe 3 medicine balls/no kettle bells. I also think a lot of the equipment is older and not very clean. You get what you pay for. Ive also heard they have "pizza fridays"...im not…

I started at a VERY tight 18/20. My first goal was to be under 200 lbs and in a size 12(Im 5'7!). Now that im a size 10, I still feel like i have a ways to go before ill be comfortable with my weight. I think its all about how you feel.

Because nothing worth having comes easy. After a few weeks you'll see the weight drop and you wont want to stop. It does take time, but it is the most rewarding thing ive ever done!

I think 145- 150 is a good goal weight for someone our height! however, it does depend on your frame!

There have been weeks where i lost 4-6 lbs, just dont be discouraged if one week you gain one back and your weight fluctuates a little every few weeks.

Once I have a cheat meal....I just want to cheat more. However, if i want something i eat it. Im usually able to talk myself out of a big burger or pizza!
