This is awesome! Thanks so much for posting! I know my tip I'm going to try is to put your fork down between every bite. I read that it takes 15 minutes for the brain to register that you are full (slower is better :) ).

I am very excited for this group! I was on MFP last year but wasn't very active. Now with the new mobile app, it is so easy to track everything!
