My goals for July are to walk 10,000 steps a day, stop eating sugar and bread and get back to the gym at least three times a week.

I am a size 12 but would love to get down to a size 7 but if a size 10 looks good I might be happy there cuz I love they way I look now :)

I am 5'9" I weigh 192.6 and I wear a size 14 but they are getting loose :)

I have lost 57 lbs since June. I am eating healthier, drinking lots of water, cardio for an hour 6 days a week, 1 hour of weights 3-4 times a week, no fast food, I track everything I eat and I cheat sometimes within moderation.

I need friends who encourage and motivate me too. I log in everyday and I am bummed because I started weight training more and have gained a few pounds which I am hoping is just water weight ugh. I would love to motivate you.
