I am just telling myself that I will not have any "cheat" days until Thanksgiving (usually 1x/week for me), which will make Thanksgiving all that more satisfying! Exercising first thing in the morning is a great idea to start the day off in a healthy mindset. I also tend only to eat fruits/veggies only until the big meal!
