hello, i have had a herniated L3-L4 disc since nov 2011, in fact i've probably had it a lot longer. i had an mri in april to confirm it. i had 6 weeks of PT which really didn't do anything. i had 3 steroid injections, may, june and aug. it takes a few days for the medicine to kick in, but once it did, i felt much better.…
