I eat three meals and 3 snacks a day. This levels out my blood sugar and helps me keep from getting too hungry. If I don't have a protein rich snack before driving home my car tries to drive through McDonalds or similar places. The late morning snack keeps me full till lunch.

I eat 1710 daily to lose 1 lb a week. I've found that I am not starving to death. When I exercise, I do not eat my calories burned, I just forget about it. Regular exercise is not an appetite stimulant for me, so I see no reason to eat it back. Although I'd love to see 2-3 lbs lost a week till I reach my goal, I know…

I actually like tempeh. I use the original soy, rinse, break into pieces and mix with BBQ sauce (2-3 T) and marinate in refrigerator for about 2 days. Love Cottage Cheese with blueberries or strawberries or even raspberries. I put a packet of Splenda in the CC to sweeten it up a bit. I could eat my wt in it.

Just had one slice of Super Supreme Thin and Crispy Pizza Hut pizza with a huge green salad and 40 calories of low cal dressing. Puts you at just about 400.

I'm trying to learn that in a few more minutes the hunger will actually be gone. I like the "drink water" idea, gum or mint.
