Thank you! :) Well, I normally eat 5-6 times a day. This includes fruit, veggies, wheat bread/pasta, and lean meats such as chicken or fish. I haven't had any sugary drinks since August. (You don't need them, get your sugars from your fruit!) I've stayed away from all restaurant foods and try not to consume any bad fats…

well, you can't see them in the photo... but they are there :-P Mostly faded, but I need to work on having a firm tummy so they don't show as much.

There is my front picture... A little shy posting this as you can see that I have A LOT of work to do... Stretch marks are not from a pregnancy... They were from when I was at 220 pounds, I gained the weight so quickly.. I'm hoping they will become more faded as I reach my goal weight.

I will post a picture later of my tummy. I still have some flab, but I'm going to be working hard these next 7 months to flatten it out.

I have not incorporated weights yet... But I do cardio 6 days a week. My off day is Tuesday. I'm planning on adding strength training though... :)

List is huge!!! Bread, pasta, pizza, CHEESE... Although, I noticed I gained my most weight when I ate at restaurants. I ate at restaurants almost every day.... Glad those days are over with!

Everyone carries their weight differently. Some may see a difference within the first 10 pounds and others the first 40. I started to notice after about 20 pounds.

Tomorrow happens to be my OFF day on Insanity, however I skipped yesterday's workout (felt a little sick) so I'm making it up tomorrow. A little cardio doesn't hurt anyone! :)

True. I've lost over 50 pounds and gained so much definition throughout my body without any protein shakes or supplements. (Not, to mention I'm doing Insanity without Shakeology!) You can get all of your vitamins, minerals, and protein through REAL food. Plus, it tastes better too. :laugh:
