Exercise question?
Why is it that we burn more fat faster when we workout and net 1200 calories but burn less fat when we don't workout and eat 1200 calories? If we are netting 1200 calories with or without exercise, why does working out speed up the process?

I went over on my carbs today (Sushi night) and I'm feeling a little guilty. My daily intake is 165 carbs and I ended up about 230 carbs. Today was my OFF day from Insanity, but I went to a wedding tonight and went over my daily calories. Should I do tomorrow's video tonight and have tomorrow as a resting day? I feel a little guilty. :-/
