Hi, I am Ang mom of 2 boys I need to lose like 40 kg (Not sure how to convert lol), I have been on MFP for years but severely slacking. I started a LCHF lifestyle, and also going to gym. I would love motivation and vice versa :-)

I love my fitbit flex. If you are getting false steps change your online setting to be on "dominant" arm. Also calibrate your stride. I track my sleep every night, and I am in competition with my dad over daily steps.

I am doing the LCHF, lost about 12-13 kg since 1 August. I was addicted to carbs, and had that typical huge mid-section. What I have noticed is that my moods are a lot better. I have three embarrassing questions, first, why do I need to eat more than 1200 calories? When I logged in and registered it told me to eat 1200 calories a day so I am trying to stick to it. Second, what is MRP? And finally, if I qualify may I also join in support? Tks
