Sometimes I have that problem too! Usually I will eat a whole can of tuna with light mayo and relish. It's only 100 calories but low in carbs, high in protein. You can add some more calories by eating it with some whole grain crackers!

The sessions are 40 minutes long and with a group. I'm not sure what to expect but maybe I'll try it out this weekend. It's pricey so I just want to make sure it's worth it!

I sure do wish! My sodium is always in the red. Try adding McCormick Garlic Salt to your food diary just to see what the sodium is for ONE TEASPOON! Garlic salt makes the world go 'round... but d*mn!!

I have the same problem since I work all day and then have school at night. Planning ahead definitely helps- and especially eating smalls meals. I bring lots of snacks to work too (yogurt, string cheese, sunflower seeds, popcorn, fruit).

I love this because I have such a hard time with veggies! I get grossed out with different textures so I stick to the basics: brocolli and lettuce. I love corn but heard that people who eat corn lose weight slower than people who don't! What the heck!
