Paleo- bloating

Greek Yogurt
I've never had it before and I bought a big thing of Fage 0% at Costco and it was absolutely DISGUSTING by itself. I mixed it with milk and strawberries but I need more low sugar low cal ideas. Help!

Shin Splints
I did box jumps at Crossfit last Saturday and now have HORRIBLE shin splints. I tried doing my usual jog last night and could barely lift my legs up! I ended up walking 3 miles at 3.5 miles and hour and felt comfortable. Does anyone have any remedies?

Low carb protein drinks & Pre-workout drinks
Have any suggestions for low carb protein drinks after a work out (or as a quick meal)? How about pre-workout drinks? I've tried FULL BLOWN EXTREME by Max Muscle but it has 17 carbs in it. Any feedback on N.O. Explode? Sometimes you need that extra boost!

Can't eat all calories without going over carbs & fat
