So, someone please explain to me what the purpose of the “negative calorie” setting is. What I have experienced is that when I have logged 200 cal in body weight exercises or yoga, the app starts subtracting calories earned by walking from the exercise session. Anyone, feel free to add me for support. I’ve been using this programme since 2012 and have reduced from 225 and climbing to 153 and holding. Pretty good for a 67 year old, who loves to eat.
