Hello! This site is really going to help you, I know :happy: totally agree with wiifitfan's suggestion of just logging cals. That's how I started. It helps you realise just how much you eat in a day. It kind of guilted me into not having quite so many snacks, or make me think 'that's a lot of cals for something soo small!'…

There are mornings I'd rather lie in but I force myself out of bed and do a minimum 20 min workout. I just have to do it, I mean you wouldnt leave the house without brushing your teeth…

Definitely TOM. Not planning meals, especially lunches. I never buy anything healthy and always spend a fortune. My partner wanting take aways or goodies. I can't resist :( to make it worse hes a bean pole!

Hey, I know what u mean. I used to be really good all week then at the weekend go 'ah, I'm out for dinner tonite' and kind of use that as excuse to overeat. Now I do regular exercise, and if I know I'm going out I either eat more sensibly leading up to the day or do extra exercise. You have to be in the right mindset…
