Feel free to add me, but start your calorie intake higher and then taper off. If you try to go from 2200 calories to 1200 that is too restrictive. I tried that and failed miserably. Now I decrease my calories about every 4 months. Down to 1600 and still going.

Feel free to add me! I am looking for the same thing :) Am trying to do the HIP HOP ABS, and I don't tilt tuck and tighten correctly, but I tell you it is a fun cardio exercise if you like dancing :)
