I am 5'2 and have found that eating mostly proteins, vegetables and fruits have worked best for me. I have managed to lose nearly 30 pounds in the last three months. I try to limit processed foods, white flour and sugar. It is not for everyone, but works best for me. I also keep my calories at 1500. Hope this helps!

It is a great workout. I have done it off and on in the past and love the results. Really firms you up and gives you some muscle definition without bulking. I typically do the Shred 4-5 times a week in addition to some other cardio. Best of luck and hope you enjoy it!

You look awesome! You can really tell in your face and stomach where the weight came off! Keep up the good work!

Same here with the YOLO & K. It is just lazy! Moist, fresh and the term six of one, half a dozen of the other send me into orbit as well! Along with preggo and someone asking,"Is that on your diet? or "Should you be eating that?" :grumble:

You could get a protection order on his mother. She already has documented history of harassment if she filed all those untrue allegations in court against you and the investigations proved she lied. You could talk to child and family protective services about removing your bf from your home and limiting contact with his…

Congrats on attempting to quit! I am trying as well. I find that chewing on cinnamon sticks helps keep cravings for food and ciggarettes at bay! The weekends are my toughest time. For exercise motivation I switch up workout dvd's and check out classes at local gyms and studios. Zumba is pretty fun and a decent workout.…

Hehehe! Love it!

I put mine in overnight oats too! Delicious and gives it a little oomph. I have also heard of people making puddings and smoothies. I find that chia seeds will help keep my hunger at bay until lunch. I do not seem to need a snack. They seem harmless enough! Enjoy!

Thank you all! I will be cooking away all weekend with your suggestions!

When I crave chocolate I mix a tablespoon or two of cocoa powder into a cup of fat free vanilla greek yogurt. It takes the edge off and is not too bad. You could probably use regular yogurt too. Good luck!
