Aw, ladies!!! It's okay. We're all allowed to slide. Summer time is so hard too. I think it being light out later makes it hard because we think it's earlier than it is! Me: 6 LNS: 4

dewdrop - I so get the eating late thing. There are times my husband asks me at 630, even 7pm, what I'd like for dinner! (He's the cook.) When he doesn't cook, I plan one of my own meals and eat by 7 because I can't eat later than that. Not if I want my snack...and I always do! You can bring those numbers up! I know it!…

Thanks for posting this! You are so right. I try to remember to focus on the muscle groups I'm using. It's not always easy. But there IS a HUGE difference when I do. I can always use the reminder. Thank you!

I totally understand. I was talking to my sister who is teeny tiny, barely 5' and barely 90 pounds (even after two kids), and even SHE feels the same. We think it's the styles that are prevalent out there for us young adults. Okay, I may be edging into Misses, but the Missus clothing is still for the most part too old…

Finally! A win! dewdrop - I totally understand. A lot of times, that's my problem. I don't know why we eat so darn late, but we do. Me: 4 LNS: 4

I did not win. It came down to wanting to stay up a little with my husband before taking my last snack upstairs. I don't know why I have to have that last snack by myself, but I do. So I normally will wait until I'm alone and snack while I read...and then stay up another hour or so before going to sleep. My husband…

laury - I'm right there with you. July is turning out difficult. Just...different circumstance causing me to eat late and then push my last snack late just to get the calories. Ugh. Me: 3 LNS: 3 Tonight, I'll win though. I know it.

Excellent post. My gut reaction was that this doll was a fantastic idea, but you as well as a few others have convinced me it really wouldn't make a difference. You're absolutely right that WE need to set the example for our daughters. My daughter's biomom is setting a horrible example. She recently has dropped a lot of…

I've been to a strip club several times with DH and a few of his friends. The rule is I tip the girls when they walk by the table. It's funny because the strippers all know how much guys like girls on girl..so they will flirt with YOU before they'll flirt with your husband. As for the lap dance...my husband was going to…

First of all, I am so happy for you in this new relationship! Just from your words, you seem so very happy. :) Second of all, it is not easy. I know. I know exactly how you feel because before my (second and FINAL) husband, I had not shared my issues with ANYone. Not a single soul. No one online, no one period. I'd barely…

Ummm....fail. LOL But totally worth it because we had a fantastic 4th of July! Me: 3 LNS: 1

That's a good point. If we start making them realistic, where does it end? We'd end up with this one, a pear shape, an apple shape...short, tall...IDK. Guess maybe you're right. But I still like the idea.

I can't believe I won last night! Almost didn't... Me: 3 LNS: 0 Happy 4th!

I agree with all of this as well. HOWEVER. I believe that now, after media and everything has brought so many girls and women to their knees, begging to be thinner, changing the Barbie may be a good idea. I never thought much of it as a kid. Ever. But...today is different. And if we're aware of how unrealistic the doll is,…

142. But I knew my name wasn't all that popular, which part of why I love it now (hated it growing up) I'm surprised my daughter's is #1208, but I guess that's because it has only recently gained popularity. (Kylie) My husband's is #4 which is totally expected (Michael) Our last name is #1146

I kinda agree with the pose. Except, in the 7th picture where they show the profiles, Barbie looks like she's sucking in her stomach and sticking out her boobs whereas the new one looks pretty much like any normal person standing straight. But I think the "new" Barbie looks so much better, and honestly? My booty kinda…

I don't know what you guys are talking about with the neck thing. I think the new Barbie looks fantastic. I LOVE it! She looks great. She looks healthy. I WISH they'd do this. My daughter doesn't like dolls, including Barbies. She's a tomboy. But the media has gone nuts, and it includes the Barbie dolls. Or rather, the…

Thanks, dewdrop! Me: 2 LNS: 0 (I also was close to losing it last night!!!)

Beeps, this is AWESOME! You are living proof that lifting is fantastic! I won't say better because that would incite an argument which I don't want. You are truly an inspiration! I'd also love to see what your PRs are...what they were and what they are now!
-
Sure! I'll start today and make up for missing yesterday. I won't use weights for any of these though, since this is in addition to the lifting program I'm doing (and I do plenty weighted squats with that) *runs to the bathroom at work to do some for yesterday!*

Me: 1 LNS: 0 And it wasn't easy - yesterday was my anniversary. :) Welcome, July!
-
Me: 20 LNS: 8 I'm ready for a full month for July...and a better score. But I'm really happy with this one and sooooo excited to be part of this group!
-
Me: 18 LNS: 7 You know...this is actually so much better than I was doing before I joined this group, and I FEEL so much better too. Not eating so much right before I go to bed makes it easier to fall asleep, I've noticed. And I don't feel so heavy in the mornings. Thanks for starting this group, guys!

Me: 17 LNS: 6 Grrrrr....

Chin up, dewdrop! It's another day! Me: 16 LNS: 5

Okay, I think I'm going to revise mine, then. My dinner's weren't right before bed, they were just really late. So I'm going to say: Me: 15 LNS: 5 I'm so tired tonight, it won't be an issue. LOL. And later in the week, my dinners will be late again, but it won't be snacking. I have to commute to DC for training, so I'll…

Camping weekend = late nights/weird eating schedules = eating late LATE LATE at night. I'm okay with it, though, and back on track tonight. Me: 13 LNS: 7 Thanks, dewdrop. I'm better than I was 21 days ago, so I'm happy! Though...should I count Friday and Sunday? I didn't eat poorly, and it was more a matter of late meals…
-
And...I'm not. But I needed more protein! What do you do when you don't feel your body needing it until it's late? My body is so trained...ugh. Me: 12 LNS: 5
-
Me: 12 LNS: 4 Odd thing is...I stuck to protein (turkey jerky) even though it was late (very), and my tummy's flat today.
-
Wow! You guys are doing great! I'm going to count last night as a win even though it was a little bit later. I still finished at the same time, I just started late. Me: 12 LNS: 3 Thanks dewdrop! Diana - welcome. And I so know how you feel! It's like...I don't know. I feel like if I eat everything I should during normal…
