I agree and was going to say the same thing...two or three squares of dark chocolate can help with those cravings.

It's the sweets for me....chocolate in particular. I can turn my head at fries, wings, pizza, etc. But those sweet yummies are my weakness and can throw me back into weight gain big time.

It's definately tres healthy but i hear ya on the calories thing. I love trail mix, and i know it's healthy but i have decided to omit it for a bit until i reach my goal or for a weekend treat. It bumps up my calories too much and leaves me feeling hungry to take those calories from somewhere else. I guess i could…

Don't let two days get you down. In this world of uncertainty, what we eat is one of the few things we CAN control...for health and for weight loss. Two days is okay! We all do that...but get back in the saddle girl and keep on goin'!

We have a "junk drawer" at work as well. I find it challenging on a stressful day to not binge on potato chips; and i have. Manager mentioned putting fruit (apple slices, etc) but i'm sure they would rot there...lol. Willpower is our only friend in this case!
