Nice to meet you. i have been successful on here once...fell out of sync and now im 25lbs gained. started back today since summer is quickly approaching and i cant fit into a single thing. sigh.

my treadmill has saved me. i also feel time isn't on my side with kids around, work, etc....but the treadmill is there. even 30min with 1min high impact sprinting between 1min walk breaks...AMAZING!!!! if i eat it and i'm still watching on mfp, i'll count it in. i know my weakness tho....eat one , eat ten. I really love those tootsie roll carmel apple pops...60 calories and they LAST. they are a life saver!

i didn't see that but i do know that when after hardcore dieting, i gain weight rather fast if i'm not careful. 10lbs a weeks tho....not likely (and i know how to eat!)

funny...i was just looking at my stretchmarks while i was running on the treadmill. Two boys later, i'm just glad and lucky to be 134lbs. Congrats on your transformation! :)

i don't deny myself my morning coffee WITH CREAM 18% ...lol...if i want another during a long day at work, i drink it black. I still lost weight...just added the calories for 2tbsp of cream (50 calories). I'm fine with that! :)

i agree. you can still fit things like mcdonalds into a day but it takes a little juggling. but in the end, YOU can still say no. People around me eat so much yummy sugary goodies ...sigh.

what about saying something like "ok, one brownie, i'll have it with my tea/coffee later". wrap it up, put it in your purse...give it to someone at home. everyone wins. although at my work, they just know me well enuff for me to say "not a chance". :)

i feel the same way about mine. creams only lighten them...take the angry red out, but u are still left with the marks. i seriously think tummy tucks are the only way to get rid of 'most' of them (i know someone who had a tummy tuck and still has some). Not sure if i even had the money i'd do it.....

Gotta be comfortable in your own skin. I only have about 15lbs to lose, but I WANT to lose them. I certainly don't want to keep going and buy all new pants (which I was dangerously close to). Regardless of what some diet plans say about banana's being the big bad fruit, they really satisfy me. Peanut butter too...so try a little on the banana....yum. good luck!
