  • I started my weightless journey last January and was down 28lbs but I've recently gotten in a rut and gained about 7lbs back. MFP was a great motivator when I first stared on my journey and I think the 1000 minute challenge is just what I need to get back into the swing of things!! Good luck to everyone and Happy Holidays!!
