SQUATS, LUNGES, & DEADLIFTS. I only do squats and deadlifts... I cannot stand lunges... I know I need to get into it again but I am seeing a huge difference just from those two!

Also, with eating so little and working out so much, your body could be in a state of starvation. Therefore when you eat anything, esp. carbs, your body is using everything it has to give you energy even if it is turning all of your carbs into sugar. Change your workout a bit as well dont continue to do the same thing day…

I noticed that when my diet is right my Zumba make more of an impact of course. It really helped me tone for my wedding and I have been doing it for about 2 years now. I really enjoy it!
