I'm 5'5 and my highest weight was 188lb. Right now I'm 145lb and I want to reach 135lb and then think about maintenance :)

How wearing clothes you have memories/photos of feeling big in can make you feel like you are that size again although rationally you know it's not true :/

My face and waist, weight in my legs is always last to go but is also the place I need to loose it the most
