I'm 45, will be 46 in 2 months. I'd like to lose 10 pounds by then. I lost 6 pounds, then gained 3 back. I'm hoping by using MFP, I'll see what I need to correct. Yeah. Just realized I didn't count the fries I had while out shopping .. and the cute mini-muffins i made - a healthy recipe, but I had about 6 of them.. I can't eat or not eat for my friends...
