Never, when I was a teen I got into the measuring thing and drove myself crazy! I am trying to focus more on just sticking to eating better, clothes fitting better.

Peanut butter! Wow, I never thought it could add to my calories like that.... a little toast and peanut butter.... sounds yummay to me! And, I totally forgot about nuts like almonds... I am still on my first week being all super newbie! Thank for the suggestions, I am going to try them out!
