Use MFP calculator, set weight loss to 0. Good news is that its easier to gain than lose. Just do it slowly and try for as much muscle as possible.

Very simple, eat more. Lifting weights will help for sure, there's a ton of threads on here already on newbie lifting. I would worry about macros with a high protein intake and at least 20% surplus on calories over your maintenance.

I've heard that they work really well when you wear a power balance bracelet as well. Seriously, don't waste your money. I'm offended that brands like Reebok cite "studies" that these have any benefit.

If you eat it, you count it. Throw out the V8, it's all sodium and nothing beats fresh for nutrients. Not sure what to say about the taste? They're good for you, suck it up :)

If you just have a runny nose you should be ok. If the cold is lower, going to chest then be careful I've had a small head coal and itchy throat this week and played a pickup soccer game last night, made me feel a lot better!

Big breakfast? That would make me tired. I wake up at 7am and my first meal is at 2pm. No issues with energy.

Stop paying that nutrionist. You do not have to eat small meals throughout the day. In fact, we are not even designed to eat this way.

Looks like a lot of processed and junk food. As a result you are high in sugar and sodium. Clean it up a little, add some fresh vegetables maybe? Edit : cut out candy, take out and the frozen "tostino " style entries and you should do better. What are the quick calorie additions?
