to the experts? Can an EZ bar double up as a deadlift bar? will the odd grip change the motion at all? If not, then there should be a lot floating around, LA fitness goes up to 100 lbs on the EZ's so should be good for starting out

studies have shown that caffeine is only a diuretic after something like 360mg... an espresso has at it's max around 75mg of coffee So unless you are drinking 3 or 4 cups in short succession you do not need to worry about these effects. And if you are drinking this much, you should probably cut back anyway.

you can buy vitamin b-complex on it's own, it really does give you a good boost without the anxiety. I second the comment that the energy from the other pills are mostly caffeine induced so imagine just drinking too many cups all in one go

looks good. I work on a 9 day cycle and it works for me does NROL have a specific legs day? you might want to make sure your rest day is after that because running may be difficult

give it time, it will naturally tighten, but obviously not all the way...for really excess skin, surgery is the only option - but 75lbs should not cause that kind of looseness

this is just as incorrect. You do not need to eat 5-6 times a day. And you can eat after 8pm. You can finish your last meal in bed if you'd like. You will not go into starvation mode even with not eating for a full day.

sounds great, not true. It works because not eating after 5pm typically means a reduction in calories, that is all.

It's actually a controlled substance in almost every country in world....and don't call people idiots, not very polite. I would refrain from suggesting ephedrine as a weight loss stimulant to people on the Internet regardless, you are not a doctor and that is some serious stuff to be playing around with.
