Good Morning! I joined this community of supporters on 12/9/2016 and I started at 164.8 and now I am 150.6! I'm finally back to my old weight. Now I am pressing towards my goal weight of 135. Great job to those who are staying in the fight with me. Have a fantabulous Friday! Be blessed.

Oh I forgot to talk about my NSV...my waist went from 30 to 28.5, neck 11.8 to 11.5, and hips from 36 to 35.

I weigh in tomorrow morning and it has been a pretty good week so far. I had to go to work one hour early this week, so I had to cut my jog down to 2-3 miles instead of 4-5 miles. Therefore, I'm not burning as many calories, but it's cool.

SW 168 PW 161.8 CW 161.6 GW 140 I've managed to still loose .2 ounces even though I was dehydrated for 2 days because of the stomach bug! I honestly didn't think I would loose anything because my body trends on the side of retaining water. I'm grateful for the loss!

I am 5'2 and I started at 203lbs in 2011 and lost down to 150lbs in 2015. I gained 18lbs this year and lost 4 of the 18lbs I gained. I'm so ready to get rid of the rest. CW:164.8 GW:145 My weigh in day will be Friday December 16th.

Happy Birthday!! Welcome to the flirty 30 club!! This is best that I have ever felt I'm my entire life!! I do Zumba at least 30 min a day and at least 4 times a week. I love to take 1-2 hour long walks. I have sent you a friend request.

AM, I have a 2 year old that likes to sleep in so I wake up an hour before her and do my Zumba. That way we can spend more time together in the evenings. I usually do light weights and ab lounger in the evening about 15-30min when she goes to bed.

Hi, I'm 5"2 as well and I am 165. I am trying to get to 135-140. I initially weighed 203 when I was pregnant with my daughter 2 1/2 years ago before I got on MFP. When I started MFP I was 186. I eat 1200 calories and do cardio 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes to an hour. Please feel free to add me!
